The Judge and Lawyer within

There is a judge within you, who always find defects in others.
There is a lawyer within you, who always defend mistakes of yours.

This is a very very big problem of human beings, we judge everything. We want everything to be the exact way we want them to be. If we stop judging people on the basis of color, religion, living style and profession, more than 70% of the world’s problems would get solved. Have you ever replaced yourself mentally in the place of any other human being? Once try. When you will do so, you will realize how many mistakes we make in this material body. We judge even the minute issues of others and ignore our own gigantic mistakes. This is because there is a Judge and a lawyer within us, who controls our brain, who came into us through the holes created by our own desires.

Everything in universe is made up of atoms. With time, atoms associates with each other and when times comes they dissociate. This is the eternal rule of the universe. We are the souls, which are immaterial and pure in itself, that are given a chance to see the material manifestation of universe. But when we started judging the universe and fellow beings, something called karma associated with us. To break this bond with Karma we wander from one life to another. When we judge others on the basis of different attributes, we further deepen our bond with Karma.

*****
‘Hey, see her skin color. It’s so dark.’
‘Oye, see at his body. He is so thin.’
‘Look at that scar on the moon.’
‘They are so poor.’
‘See, he is 45 and still a worker’
‘He has no sense of humor’
‘Those people are very illeterate.’
‘He is a monk that too in 21st century’
‘He doesn’t have a home of his own.’
*****

We all make judgements, even on unnecesary topics. May be it’s because we want entertainment. But judging others is not entertainment, its spoiling our own peace of mind. How many times we judge others on the basis of material manifestations, knowingly and unknowingly. We cannot accept the fact that someone else is living their life according to their own principles. We want things to be in control. Remember, if you ever get a thought that you want to control others, its not them, its you who is been controlled by your evil mind.

Don’t we all make mistakes? We all do. But instead of accepting them, we blame it on others. We cannot let our ego down. We want a lawyer to defend our mistakes. We all justify our mistakes by making many excuses in our brain. For example, we feel angry on others and then justify it by saying that they deserve it. Anger is like setting a fire, first we burn ourselves and then others. We make many mistakes, we have to learn them and avoid doing them again. We have to accept what comes our way and act according to it, not against it.

We all play video games, don’t we? There are checkpoints in most of those games. Only if we cross them, we get to play our next chance from that point. If we don’t cross them, we have to start playing our next chance from the beginning. We have to overcome these acts of judging others’ defects and defending our own mistakes. They are the real life’s checkpoints. If we overcome them we can start living life peacefully from that point. Else we have to start again from beginning, judge -> make a mistake -> blame it on others -> suffer -> judge more, and this cycle goes on and on. To break this cycle you have to overcome the evil acts of judging others’ defects and defending our own mistakes.

Thanks for reading. Have a great week ahead. Don’t judge this post. 😀

Stores and stories

Stores are where things are kept.
Stories are where humans are kept.

When we need something physical or material, we go to the stores. When we need something cognitive or intangible, we go to stories. Stories always, since the beginning of time, have been the best place to hide the secrets, mysteries and knowledge within them. If we read them by words, they are just stories to satisfy our mind-hunger. But if we read them between the lines, we will find the purpose of the story and knowledge within it. If we read them materially and pragmatically, they become myths. Only when we read them philosophically and transcendentally, they become knowledge. Every generation find its own category of stories to connect with Universe. Whatever may be the timeline of Earth, every story that has been penned down or will be penned,  have the same birth place, the mind. Mind is the mother of stories. Mind gives them enough neurons to develop the internal organs of stories, it gives all of its available time to the stories to make them perfect from every angle. With these stories the secrets hidden in brain comes out in form of philosophy.

It is easy to create some random scenes in mind, every one can do that. Actually we all do that. Our messy thoughts are example. But to connect them in a chain, guide them in an unidirectional path and add meaning to them is the tough task. It’s not over there yet. To bring them out of mind plays the major part. This process is like souls (vision of a series of events) are ready, it’s time to put them in bodies (appropriate parts of grammar). And the topping on them is vocabulary which acts like clothes on the bodies. See how simple this looks on gross level. But just imagine on subtler levels, how tough it is to make them meaningful, to make them lively for the readers. For example, think of pain we go through mentally while thinking of making our lives more meaningful and with a purpose!

However beautiful the soul may be, we live in a generation where people get attracted to others by looks and clothes, not souls. That’s the reason only few books become recommendable and famous. But in my opinion no one wastes so much time, thoughts and energy on penning down a book, if its soul is not beautiful in first place. But only a few are capable to grasp the inner meaning for which the story was written. It is easy to fall in love with others by just looking at them, but to connect with soul, we have to read them. So reading is and should be the most important part of everyone’s life. Language should not become the barrier. Don’t get disappointed. Keep reading. Keep writing. Keep expressing. Only in that way we can understand the unknown and the intangible. Remember that Paulo Coelho’s quote, ‘When you really need something, the whole universe conspires you in achieving it’. As this book is mentioned here, let’s dig it down deeper. When we think of this book on a gross level, it may be a book on how a shepherd seeks for unseen treasure and after a lot of travelling he finds the place of hidden treasures. But on the subtle level, we should think this is related to all of us, it is all about us, about souls. We all travel around the whole world but not the place where we live. Yes, our body, the place where all the hidden treasures reside. Isn’t this relatable? And isn’t nature an unending story of 5 elements? Every element plays its role and preserve the Earth’s atmosphere and sustain life.

Image source: My mobile (From my most recent trip)

You may think books are in physical form then how I explained stories being intangible! You cannot say you touched the content of pen drive by just touching the pen drive. Books are in physical form but we can take their content into us only by reading. Books are just medium to store the stories but not the stories itself. Even thinking is intangible, we create tangible things only when our intangible thoughts are processed in a chain towards achieving that particular object. So we add life to intangible thoughts and make them into objects, into stories. Isn’t every invention a story? Think on it.

When souls are added to bodies, life is formed.
When ‘I’ is added to stores, stories are formed.

Thanks for reading. Keep thinking, keep creating. Have a beautiful weekend.

Are we living in Incar-Nations?

Is this possible that Universal nature is our ultimate judge and enforces ‘Cause and Effect principle’ (Karma) as the base of its judgement! Is this possible that the way of life we are living today is the effect of the causes which we created yesterday! Is there a way to overcome our past deeds and thus avoid its effects!?

The main problem is most of us don’t know that the universe is governed by this cause and effect principle. We don’t believe in this principle because of the illusion, time.  We don’t experience the effect of our deeds at the same moment of doing them, but after a certain period. This certain period is not limited to a lifetime. It is way beyond that. So we don’t have idea of why we suffer so much, because we don’t know what we were in our previous lives. We keep taking birth again and again to experience the effect of our causes in our previous lives. The problem is not that we suffer the effects of our deeds, the problem is that in order to escape this suffering, we create more evil causes. Thus this Domino effect started in the past has lead us today to where and how we are now. At the beginning of age, life was so simple and blissful. So what could have gone wrong!

What could have gone wrong?

Humans, animals, birds, insects and nature all lived in harmony. Humans are blessed with cleverness. This cleverness gave them knowledge of everything, by everything I mean everything, even evil and its energies. Their knowledge raised and raised, and after a point of time, with increase in knowledge, wisdom started decreasing. This deteriorating wisdom led to domination of evilness in humans. They started using these evil energies for their own purpose, then all the hell broke out. Thus by cultivating bad deeds, the future has become dark for humanity. Humans hunted, ate and even sacrificed animals for their own purposes. The helpless souls of animals were not able to save themselves, so after death they were offered incarnation as humans. So thus fight among the humans started taking place. We call them wars now. We don’t realize what is going on is an effect, so we create more evil causes.  Instead of experiencing the effect, we created more evil causes to avoid it. This is how the causes of bad deeds accumulated and have led us to drastic effects which we see today. Why do you think our human population has increased so drastically? Don’t you see how many species of other living beings like animals, birds and insects have become extinct. Where are their souls? Yes, they are among humans to take revenge! Think upon it.

How far we have come (away from humanity)?

Our world is getting worse and worse in terms of humanity day by day. We think we are wise, but we are ignorant. May be this is due to the reason that what we all accumulate our wealth and sins throughout our life and pass it to our future generation! Wealth is a false assurance. It makes us feel that if we have wealth, we can live happily throughout our lives. Just keep aside all that you know for a second and think, what if the world is full of wealth and just wealth! Can we eat money? Can we drink it? No, right! Money is just to control the resources, but due to our cleverness, we have started to use it to control the ignorant humans. Accumulating our wealth is like accumulating our sins. We don’t realize the mistake while doing it, when when the time comes for the effect of the cause which we created, we realize our mistake, selfishness. We cannot help poor people nearby our places because wealth comes in the middle. We cannot clean our roads because pride comes in the middle. We don’t feel compassion towards others, because ego comes in the middle. These are the hindrances which divided humans and broke the humanitarian progress. We are divided by religions, race, color of skin, countries and professions. We don’t see in real life, but we are accumulating bad causes in subtle levels of universe by dividing ourselves. Nature tries to warn us by natural disasters to alert us from going into wrong direction, and we blame it on climate change. So pity! We are even on the course destroying our nature. But universal nature will give its effect too. Be careful.

Is there a way out to come out of this misery?

Yes, there has always been a way out. By repenting of our sins we can reduce the effect’s magnitude and can even remove it. By accepting others as our fellow beings irrespective of their religions, race, professions and nations. By accepting that we all are flawed at something because of our past deeds of this life and also of our previous lives, not because of one other. This needs a transition of everything, everyone. We need a change not only on global level but also on atomic level, because it is what we are all made of.  If everyone can change their mindset and work towards a better direction, we can change the course of life. Instead of searching for knowledge, we should seek for wisdom and for consciousness. Because consciousness and truth will set us free. Because when we think as human mind, we have desires, ambitions, ego, hatred and even vengeance. When we think with an universal mind, we are all broken atomic puzzle pieces of a single molecule looking to join again as a molecule but the external forces are resisting from doing so, to form a complete molecule, complete soul. We should negotiate these external evil forces and increase the level of consciousness. When everyone accept others the way they are and shows compassion for one other, they form a divine bond and thus trust becomes the foundation. We all thus stop creating more causes and nature pushes our previous bad causes near a black hole which swallows up all the bad effects which were to come. May be this is what will be the end of kaliyuga (era of dirt) and the beginning of satyuga (the era of truth, trust and bliss).

I ask you for forgiveness if I have hurt you in any way in this life knowingly or unknowingly and also in previous lives which I am unaware of. And also I forgive you all. Thanks for reading. Have a beautiful week ahead. 🙂

To do or not to do? What’s the motive?

We often face a situation in which we get into a dilemma of whether doing a particular action is useful or whether not doing it is useful.

There are many ideologies in the world which makes each person unique and one’s perspective is different from one another. If one says that our Earth revolves around the Sun while another says that only such thoughts revolve around our mind but not in reality, latter sounds more logical though. Opinions may vary and even proof may be also one of the many possible solutions of a single problem. So it is difficult to believe what is true or what is not and what is real or what is not. But now we live in a world where we think it is difficult to distinguish even between what is right and what is wrong! This tells how far we have come and how far we have stepped away from humanity. Law and order have completely failed in guiding the humanity in a particular direction and thus it has failed in taking the world on a good and moral path. Is there a way by following which we can all feel satisfied with our actions and bring back goodness and morality in people?

The major failure of humanity is that we perform actions for the sake of results. If we predict that the result will be good, then we perform that action, if we predict that the result will be bad then we don’t perform that action. It may seem right for a moment, but just imagine who knows what our future holds and whatever we assume our results are just mere predictions not the real ones. Motive of an action is more important than the ultimate result. First thing that should be kept in our mind while performing an action is the motive of the action, not the result of the action as result is just our aim not the vision itself. Let’s take a recent example, in our India, Olympic medal winners have been gifted BMW by Sachin Tendulkar for their extraordinary performances. But if they had performed just for sake of that, then their performance would have been affected as their actions may have been distracted from the motive to perform well towards results to win at any cost. As I have said, opinions may vary.

So when you fix motive in your mind, you get there and when you fix result in your mind, you reach no where. Money is not the motive, it is just the fruit of the result. * For example when we get a job, what do most people ask! Is it What is your job about? or is it How much is your salary? * Haven’t you experienced this? Think upon it, how backwards we are travelling nowadays as humanity. People don’t care about what you do, they care about what you get for doing that. This was just one of many examples. We need to set out our motive to do good for others in a good way and improving humanity in us. Motive should be decided on whether doing an action will improve one’s capabilities without hurting others or not and whether it will benefit others or not. Because there is a special feeling of self-satisfaction when we do good to others.

motive

We live in a world where unless we show the fruits of the result, we don’t perform a particular action. Will you work for the cause of humanity if the result is nothing but just self-satisfaction? I know most of us won’t. Because we are not brought up that way. We work for results but not motive. When the reason of doing an action is good, then the result will turn out to be good. But when your reason for doing an action is wrong at the first place, do you think even the good result will do good to you? No way. From the day when the people in the world will learn to perform an action with a good motive rather than for a unknown good result, then we will be back on the track on the humanity. For example don’t aim to be a successful or a failure, because when you aim for success automatically failure becomes negative to you. But when your motive is improvement rather than success or failure, then you will never fail. And isn’t improvement better than success?

Sometimes ‘good’ motive may also lead to bad results. So what is the problem here? What is ‘good’ here? Is good a good thing only when it does good to the person doing it? No. It’s not. A good thing for one person may not be good to others. This is a very complex issue and should be taken on a global level. For that ‘good’ should be considered as good only when it helps others to become better as a person and makes them feel satisfied too with the motive. So motive should be good so that it brings goodness for everyone on a large scale and concentration should be on motive rather than the result. If we give up our desires and work towards upbringing the social, moral, religious and human values, then we may know the importance of good motive. We are in a situation where all these values are at record low. Isn’t it more important to work for improvement (better say re-birth) of humanity (motive) rather than thinking that it is impossible to change our entire world with such actions (assumed result)!!

If everyone thinks oneself as the center of the universe and make his motive of his actions as upbringing of the whole society for a good cause rather than worrying about the result, then we may see the world which we all want to be in. The insecurity of future makes us work for result rather than motive. But our confidence in present makes us work for motive rather than the result. Think about good things and make them as the motive to bring good in the world, don’t think about good things which you need personally as it will become a problem for others on a global scale. Because if the intention is good, nature tries to bring it in reality and if intention of an action is not good, even then nature being helpless brings that into reality. So be careful while doing an action. If doing good to others is everyone’s motive, then the purpose of humanity will be served. Life is simple but complexities begin when the motive to live life becomes wrong.

Thanks for reading. I know it was a long read, but while writing this, my reason for writing this was more important than the word count it may end up with. Think about your motive rather than the result while performing an action. Have a great week ahead. 🙂

From your point of view, You are the center of this universe.
Everything in this world revolve around you in a full circle.

Your state of mind, consciousness and peace stays in control
depending upon the way you maintain your spiritual energies.

Your body is Yang and everything that exists outside is Yin.
Both are connected by a mysterious force which keeps them intact.

There is a flow of food, information and air through this cycle,
1 seed of change is in heart of Yang & other is in way you perceive yin.

The 7 life chakras of yours contribute the flow of energies and happiness.
Strengthen these chakras and save your universe from being unstable.

Only your thoughts attract things in life, so always keep them positive.
There is only one rhythm that runs life, that’s why we call it Uni-verse.

You are one of the ripple flowing with life,
which generated many billions of years ago.
Everything flowing in this universe is also

Y

Coming to the challenge, as the name itself says it is very challenging. On every day of month April, except Sundays, which makes it to 26 days, each participant should publish a post relating to the letter corresponding to the number of the day thus completing all the 26 alphabets. For example on day 1, the post should be on something related on letter A, on the second day it should be related to B and this goes on. Exciting? Isn’t it?

And as always, thanks for reading. Have a good weekend. Just one letter to go.

I don’t know why the comments which I made on some of the other blogs are not showing up in the comments section. I think this is a technical issue. Once check spam folder and if you have my comments in them, please inform me. Thanks.:)

M is for Make your own story- Day-13

So it all started in the first week of August, 2015! Neerja initiated ‘Make your own story’ challenge when she penned down a beautiful story written in 100 words and gave the pen to another writer. Then writer by writer this pen was forwarded and wheels were added to the story. I am glad to add another wheel (my second) to end this sci-fi. So welcome to the unique challenge which shows the power of single story, multiple authors.

Neerja- Wheel No.1 gave a kick start to this wonderful challenge. This is a ‘Make your own story challenge’. Follow the link Make your own story to know all about the start. With utmost curiosity, I was looking forward to see the challenge swinging to Tejas- Wheel No.2 and from there to my dearest Sri- Wheel no.3 and then to Nimitha- Wheel No-4 and then to my close friend and bro Darshith- Wheel No-5 , I added the sixth wheel and now I am adding the seventh wheel too.

Neerja is a wonderful writer who always keeps experimenting. I am thankful to her for initiating such challenge. She is very talented. She gave the baton to Tejas, a person who makes wonders in his blog. His Jack & Jill strips are really funny. He is the most active blogger I have seen here frequently updating his blog. He tied a wonderful knot to the story and gave the rest to Sreechandra. Sri.. She appears like once in a blue moon. But each & every time she brings up something magical. She swipes off my feet always. She is a superstar who carries life in every word she writes. I am a big fan of her stories which involve lot of feelings in them. You are awesome Sri. Sri then passed it to Nimi, the girl who has not only loads of talent but potential to make it big. Recently I connected with her in wordpress, and she is amazing and she is Rahmanaic too. Darishth, my bro is amazing. He always comes with unique ideas and beautiful poems. We have become very close friends now. Thanks bro for nominating me in this amazing challenge. Then I added sixth wheel to it. I nominated Hema Ji for this challenge who seemed to be very busy! So I decided to give it an end to the beautiful story by adding the climax part.

Story so Far…

Wheel No.1: (initiated by Neerja)

Once upon a time there existed a wasteland in Patliputra. There lived a little boy named Aditya who was only child of Madhavi and Shankara. They used to love him a lot and wanted him to dream big and get out of this wasted land. But Aditya unlike his parents had some another dream. He wanted to improve and convert his wasteland into a dreamland where everybody wants to live. Aditya knew he had to convince his parents for this but he didn’t how will they react and whether they will approve this idea of his dreamland.

Wheel No.2: (added by Tejas)

The clock struck two past midnight as a stream of snowy moonlight sneaked through the swinging-with-the-breeze curtains and scattered on Aditya’s bed. As the squeaking sparrow went back inside the ancestral wall clock after two tweets, Aditya sneaked out of his bed quietly.

He stuffed pillows under his blanket in a shape to disguise as himself. He tiptoed out to the backyard. He double checked on both sides for no one following him before going behind the banyan tree.

As planned, Shivansh was already waiting for him there. A nod from both of them assured, everything was on track. Aditya plucked out a wrinkled paper from his pocket and Shivansh’s eyes twinkled with a beaming smile.

Wheel No.3: ( added by Sri)

With quivering fingers Aditya unfolded the paper. The near-yellow paper definitely looked old.

“Here”, Aditya smiled, “is the key to our dreams….If only we can get hold of this, we shall have enough resources to convert this wasteland into the land of our dreams”.

Shivansh’s eyes shone in genuine glee. He intently looked at the unfolded paper in front of his eyes. Within seconds his eye-brows stitched into each other transforming into puzzled curiosity.

“But this looks empty Adi. This is a blank paper.”

Aditya smiled. A hint of mischief waved past his face.

“Just wait and watch the magic”, Adi whispered.

He then held up the paper and placed it against the circular moon. The moonlight diffused through the ridges and furrows of the wrinkled paper lending a surreal look. Within seconds a faint map appeared on it.

Shivansh couldn’t believe his eyes. He had many questions but Aditya’s eyes were fixed on the map.

With intense seriousness he pointed to a lotus emblem right at the middle of the map.

“And here is our destination – Padmabharan – the lotus urn”.

Wheel No.4: (added by Nimi)

“What is this? Who gave you this?” Shivansh’s face revealed all his zest.

Aditya is still carrying a calm face beaming at the map. Shivansh turned blue.

“Adi, this won’t make any trouble. Right?” His voice trembled slightly.

“Calm down Shiva. Don’t be over reactive as always.” Without taking eyes off the map, still held against the moon, Aditya stepped closer to Shivansh and whispered. “We are going to make history in Pataliputra.” His voice expressed extreme determination.

Shivansh stood with his mouth half-open wondering how this piece of old paper and two fourteen-years old boys going to make history.

Aditya continued. ” This is the ultimate treasure. Once we reach here, this will give us everything we need.” He pointed Padmabharan.

“But how can we find this? This is just a map, barely a map that we have never seen before.” Shivansh started losing his patience.

“I read about this in a book owned by my Dada. I got this map from the slit on the hard bind of the book. This Padmabharan is somewhere here.” Aditya continued examining the map.

Shivansh made a step aback and checked his premise. Somewhere here? With fear and anxiety, he asked. “Adi, don’t make me more confused. Will you please explain?’

Aditya nodded “Yes!”

Wheel No.5: (added by Darshith)

“Some days before dying, my Dada handed me a book and asked me to read it carefully and said that each written word in it is TRUE. He also asked me to pursue it with someone whom I can trust blindly,” whispered Adi, and continued, “I couldn’t make heads or tails about the story till I accidentally found this wrinkled paper from the slit of the book.”
Shivansh was listening attentively as if he was hypnotized and can do nothing to break the spell.

Adi continued his charm of revealing things slowly. He said, “In the book, there is mentioning of a mystery map which reveals itself when placed against the circular moon and the first time, I also had the same expression and goosebumps, just like you.”
“On reading further, it says how the people pursuing Padmabharan has to prove their worth that they are deserving of it and hence to get their hands on it, they will face many struggles and sacrifices.”
On listening this, Shivansh was scared like hell and said, “Is it like the survival of the fittest?”
Adi, who had no clue of what is there in the future, said reassuringly, “I don’t know and let’s hope there is no copies of this book or the map and no other living being has any idea of the existence of Padmabharan.”

Wheel No.6:  (added by me)

“So what else was written in that book?” asked Shivansh finally clearing his throat.

“It says that my dada was a great scientist in those times. He was adept in calculating energies. In his times he successfully found why our Patliputra is a waste land. He believed that every point on Earth falls under one of these categories -Positive, Negative and Neutral energy. Positive indicates development, Neutral- being unaffected with energies and Negative- destruction. Our Patliputra falls on Negative point. No wonder why our land is a waste land!” said Aditya feeling proud of his dada.

“Interesting! Then what’s the solution to this?” asked Shivansh looking at the waste land and wondering how Aditya’s dada came up with such an interesting theory in those times.

“My dada made a device by which we can vary the energies. So we have to take the energy level of Patliputra beyond the threshold of Positive energy level. That’s it.  That device is called ‘Padmabharan’. Our Patliputra can again be developed into our dream land. We will do that.” Said Aditya shining like a Sun, going with his name, ‘Aditya’, ‘The Sun’.

“Energy can neither be created nor destroyed, don’t you know science? and why didn’t your dada change the energies then!?” asked Shivansh using his logical mind.

“But Energy can be converted from one form to another. And we can only change the energies once in 2012 years, when the energies undergo through ‘Natural transition’ on a specific full moon day.  My dada knew he won’t survive that long so he handed me that book. That specific full moon day is today. That place is here. And we have just one hour left. By 4 am the ‘Natural transition’ of energies will stop and we can’t change the fate of our land until the next 2012 years.”

Aditya again lifted the map towards the full moon and was once again puzzled by seeing that map! The map was not as in regular maps. It just had a lotus emblem on it.

Aditya surveyed his surroundings with his mobile flash light for 20 minutes, but all his attempts went futile. Then he thought Lotus may be not the real lotus, just a mere symbol. Then just in a moment the veil of the mystery lifted as Aditya saw a Lotus symbol carved on the back of the bench resting under a banyan tree. Shivansh too noticed it. They both ran towards that bench!

And the story continues. . .
Adi and Shiva reached the bench with lotus mark in a hurry but were unsure about what to do next. They saw a wide rectangular shaped plate upon which the symbol of lotus was carved. Aditya tried to find clues near the place by digging under the bench. But it was useless. He got frustrated. He knew he doesn’t have much time left and they still don’t have any clue about the Padmabharan. In anger he hit his fist on the symbol of lotus which is on the back of the bench. Within a moment, the rectangular plate opened up. Aditya and Shivansh glanced at each other. There was a small rectangularly packed box in that plate. Aditya opened the top of the box and was shocked to see what it contained.

A small phone like device with 3 buttons and 5 LEDs was resting on it and the first LED was glowing. On the device it was written in Golden letters, ‘PADMABHARAN’. Aditya looked at his watch it was 3:40 am. Just 20 minutes to go. Shivansh looked for anything else in the box, but nothing. Now they hold a foreign device with no user manual for help. Aditya took the device in his hand. It felt as if there were energies inside it. The 3 buttons and 5 LEDs were arranged in two rows. In first row there were the 3 buttons and in the second row, 5 LEDs were arranged, three LEDs were exactly below the three buttons of the first row, and two LEDs were placed on either side of these 3 LEDs. Think Adi think, Aditya said to himself. One button was green in color, one was yellow in color and last was red in color. 4 LEDs were in off state and the first LED was glowing.

Without a second thought he pressed the green button and then the unexpected happened. The 2nd LED started to glow. The universe started responding to this and so did the energies. Aditya hands were trembling but he didn’t leave the device. The winds started blowing with great speed, the leaves of the trees were flying in the air and some bright light was emitted from the device. After sometime, the third LED started glowing in yellow color. He thought it may be a signal to press the yellow button. Aditya pressed the yellow button. And suddenly he felt as if the energies were taking the transition through the device. The energies were converting. The lower energy level of patliputra was getting the positive energy from universe and the device was getting difficult for Aditya to hold. He never saw such thing before. Shivansh was seeing as if he is dreaming and his mother may wake him up at any moment.

After some time, the 4th LED started to glow in Red color and this time, Aditya knew it was time to press Red button. The moment he pressed it, a super giant hole emerged from the sky as if the negative energies were being absorbed by that hole. Aditya’s hands became black but he knew this suffering is nothing when compared to Patliputra’s development. He stood with confidence and held the device tight with all his strength. Within few seconds the last LED also glowed. Then the giant hole disappeared. The enormous winds stopped blowing.

The device jerked with high vibrations and it fell on the ground. Aditya looked at his watch, it was 3:59 am. Shivansh was yet to come out of shock. Aditya told to shiva that it was over. Shivansh rushed to the device and saw the first LED go off. 4 am. They both are still unaware of what has happened or how this device worked. They stood there for few seconds. To their surprise the device got blasted by itself as its purpose is served. They rushed back to their respective homes and entered into their homes from their room’s windows. Aditya’s mother was knocking the door of his room. Aditya first washed his hands and his mouth. Then he ran to open it. Aditya’s mother hugged him when he opened the door.

“Are you safe?” she asked.
“We are safe.” replied Aditya.
“Do you know just few minutes ago winds were blowing very dangerously. I was afraid.” said her mother looking feared.
“I don’t know mom, I was sleeping. Don’t be afraid.” said Aditya and took a sigh of relief.
“I think the winds are indication of something bad.” said his mother feeling disappointed.
“Mom. Be positive. Good days are here.” said Aditya and smiled at his mother.

At morning 7 when Aditya and his family were having tea, Shivansh also joined them. Aditya and shivansh shared a hi5. They were feeling happy and curious about the result of this early morning’s hard work. They had the first sip when a farmer came running into the home looking excited and happy. “God has blessed us with happiness. Our Patliputra is no more a waste land. For the first time, we have seen some progress in our crops. It is unbelievable. Early morning’s winds were God’s blessings upon us.” He said and ran to our neighbouring house repeating the same.

Aditya felt relieved after hearing this. He turned towards his mom and said, “I told you na mom, good days have arrived.”

Now its time to suggest title for this story. My attempt is, ‘Patliputra and its saviour-Padmabharan’. You too can give your suggestions. Sorry for this long read.

This story was incomplete from a long time. So just wanted to see Aditya saving his place sooner.

This is my entry for A to Z challenge . It is already day 13 and it is on the letter ‘M’. ‘M’ is for Make your own story.

Have a great weekend. . 🙂
