The science of Love

Every being that exists in between sci (sky) en (and) ce (sea) comes under the category of love. And beyond them everything is still wandering for love. For life. – Jackie Jain

The gravitational force of her presence near my existence pulled me inside the endless black hole of her eye. The moment I entered into the radius of her perfume, the charged ions in my brain got stimulated and aligned themselves in her direction. With her eye as center and her sight as the radius a circle seemed like an orbit to me with myself being the satellite in that orbit. I wish I can communicate with my planet. Her brightness seemed as if she is the only galaxy where there is life, elsewhere there is no life.

The atoms by which she is formed, felt to me as if they were magnetic and were attracting my metallic heart. The passion for her was passing like ions in my body. The happiness ions in my brain were jumping from my valence band to conduction band. There is a sure reaction of this. Thoughts which always tremble to form a bond, were getting a lot of creativity because her presence was acting as a catalyst.

My heart stopped beating, it started playing a soothing music. My brain stopped worrying, it started to allot neurons for the memories to come with her. My eyes stopped seeing, they started to act just as spectacles to her eyes. My nose stopped breathing, the only oxygen to me was her presence near me. My lungs stopped purifying blood, they started to transport my pure love for her. My legs stopped to take a step, they just want to travel in her heart to find my existence there.

The moment I saw her, her fresh aura planted some seeds in my brain which started to grow with time. Her words were falling on those seeds and they got all the nutrients thus turning them into plants. And the moment she saw me, flowers bloomed in my brain. The weeds of negativity and ego were been removed with her smile acting as the pesticide. Her one step was enough to convert my dry land of love into a beautiful lovely garden.

The data of her first sight was saved in my memory card of brain and thousands of back up files were created. All my body parts started tweeting about her. She was the trending topic in my body. The search engines were not able to match the number of searches that were being put up by my billions of neurons. A Wikipedia was ready describing about her every detail and action. She was the living internet.

Finally the science in my thoughts helped me to clear my voice box and words stood in a line waiting for their turn to speak out. And finally the time came when she asked, ‘What do you want?’ I opened my mouth and all the rockets were launched with words as the content. ‘Will you be Valentine?’ I asked, finally. She was about to say but then the science of dreams woke me up. The science here being that dreams are real only until you are asleep. My scientific real dream broke when my friend woke me up saying this following a laughter, ‘Don’t dream much bro, you are single this year’s valentine’s day too’

I felt sad about this, but still I exist between the sky and sea, so I also come in the category of love. I felt loved. And see even my friend connected to the science of dreams, he somehow knew what I was dreaming about. Haha.. So, love was in me.

** This was a work of fiction** (But not the fact that I am single.) 😉

Do you know why the Valentine’s day is celebrated?

The historic origin of this day varies  but most people agree on the fact that this day is celebrated as a mark of respect for St. Valentine.  St. Valentine was a saint in Rome in the third century. Legend says that he used to help young couples in love marry each other against the order of the Roman Emperor, who banned the marriages as he felt that single men were made better soldiers. We don’t need a day to celebrate love, but we have to believe in love. This day marks the day of love and love is within you, don’t search for it outside. I got this information on St. Valentine from today’s edition of ‘Deccan Chronicle’ newspaper.

Thanks for reading.
